1. Acceptance
By using Reelocal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Purpose
Reelocal prepares localized versions of finished short videos. The current version can export SRT files and MP4 videos with reviewed subtitles or a generated voice.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for having the necessary rights to upload, translate, process, and publish your content.
4. Access and credits
The free package and purchased credits are counted by successfully created MP4 versions, not by downloads. One purchased credit is deducted only after an MP4 is created successfully. A failed or incomplete task does not consume a credit. Purchased credits do not expire.
5. Manual payment
Payment instructions and an individual order number are provided through the Reelocal Telegram bot. Credits are added after the actual receipt of payment is manually verified. Confirmation may not be immediate. If you have a payment issue, contact us through the service contact form and include the order number, but do not send card details, passwords, or access tokens.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. The current update date is shown above.
